Sheesham is the most readily available wood in our workshop — orders in sheesham have the fastest turnaround. Teak and special wood types may require 2–4 additional days to source the right grade and thickness.

PU and lacquer finishes require multiple coats with drying time between each. A full PU finish on a large wardrobe can take 3–4 days for finishing alone. Stain finishes are faster. Veneer adds extra time for application and pressing.
4. Workshop load
Wedding season (October–February) and house-shifting peak (March–April) see higher order volumes. If you're buying during these periods, add 3–7 days to standard timelines. Placing orders in May–June or July–September typically gets faster turnaround.
5. Revision requests
Changing dimensions or design after production starts resets the timeline for the affected component. Clear, final specifications at order time save the most time.

Stage 1 — Order Confirmation (Day 1): You confirm dimensions, wood type, finish, and any customisations. We issue an order ID and a delivery estimate.
Stage 2 — Material Preparation (Days 2–4): Wood is selected from stock, inspected for defects, and cut to the required dimensions. If seasoning is needed, this stage takes longer.
Stage 3 — Carpentry & Assembly (Days 4–14): Cutting, shaping, joining, and assembling the piece. This is the longest stage and varies most based on complexity.
Stage 4 — Finishing (Days 14–18): Sanding, staining, primer coat, finish coats (PU/lacquer). Each coat needs 12–24 hours to cure before the next.
Stage 5 — Quality Check & Packaging (Day 18–20): Final inspection for fit, finish quality, and hardware. Packed in protective foam and corner guards.
Stage 6 — Delivery & Installation (Day 20+): Delivered to your home. Our team installs the furniture and takes away all packaging material.
