2. Products & Orders

We offer readymade furniture for homes and offices. Orders can be placed through our Website or directly at our store.
Customers must pay 20% of the order value at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the product is shipped.
Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellation :

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellations after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds :

Processed within 5–7 days of approved cancellation.
Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments :

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same order, one payment will be refunded within 10–15 days.
Payment gateway charges remain non-refundable.

4. Returns & Replacements

Eligible only for orders delivered within West Bengal.
Return requests for damaged or tampered products must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Our technical team will evaluate the issue :

If repairable on-site, our team will complete repairs within 15 days.
If not repairable, the item will be picked up and replaced within 15 days.

Return Requests After 7–15 Days :

Products will be repaired at the customer’s location at no extra cost.
If the product is found to be damaged due to intentional misuse, the customer will bear the repair cost.

5. Warranty

All furniture products come with a 3-year warranty against natural or manufacturing defects.

This does not cover :

Intentional damage
Wear due to misuse
Damage caused by tampering after delivery

6. Installation

Installation services are currently available only in West Bengal. If required, please confirm with our team during booking.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver only within India. Specific shipping availability and charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is the intellectual property of New Priyatama Furniture. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Howrah, West Bengal.
