At New Priyatama Furniture, our delivery charges are determined by the logistics department. These charges vary based on the size and weight of the product and the delivery location.
The delivery time for your order includes both processing and shipping time. Processing times may vary depending on the product. Shipping time is determined by the delivery address. Generally, we aim to deliver all online orders within a maximum of 30 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Ready products typically arrive within 7-10 days, while certain specific products may take up to 30 days. Please refer to the product detail page for specific delivery times.

If you notice visible damage to your shipment carton, you may request the courier to open the carton for inspection before accepting delivery. If damage is found, note it explicitly on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us immediately at 9830006764 and send photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Transit moisture or water damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, or reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Claims for transit water or moisture damage submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Please retain all packaging materials for 7 days. We will either replace the damaged product or take corrective measures to repair it, depending on the situation.
Free assembly and fitting is provided for all deliveries within West Bengal. Our team will assemble the furniture at your location at no extra charge.
For deliveries outside West Bengal, assembly is not included. You may assemble the furniture yourself using the included instructions, or arrange a local carpenter. Our team is available on WhatsApp to guide you through the assembly process if needed.
