Generally, we aim to deliver all online orders within a maximum of 30 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If you notice visible damage to your shipment carton, you may request the courier to open the carton for inspection. If you find any damage upon inspection, keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us at 9830006764. Additionally, send us images of the damaged product. Please retain all packaging materials for 7 days in case you discover further damage or defects after delivery. We will either replace the damaged product or take corrective measures to repair it, depending on the situation.
