Gadi Khaat (Gadi Bed) Designs
A gadi khaat (gadi bed) pairs a solid wooden frame with a padded gadi headboard, giving the comfort of an upholstered bed with the strength and grain of teak. It is one of the most requested khaat styles in Bengali homes.
New Priyatama Furniture makes its gadi khaats in our Andul, Howrah workshop, with frames in solid CP Segun (premium teak) and storage boxes in Greenply premium plywood. Designs include the Boro Gadi, Milan Gadi, Jali Gadi, Hathi Mayur Gadi, Fona Gadi and Hath Tola Gadi khaats.
Each is made to order in 5×7, 6×7 or 7×7 feet or your own size, with box, drawer or hydraulic storage. The prices shown below are starting prices; we deliver and assemble across Howrah and Kolkata.
