You can initiate a return for damaged or tampered products within 7 days of delivery. Our technical team will analyze the issue. If the product is repairable at your location, our repair team will address it within 15 days of the return request. If the product is not repairable, we will accept the return and issue a replacement within 15 days of the return request. (Applicable in West Bengal only)
For return requests made after 7-15 days from delivery, New Priyatama Furniture will assess the defect or damage and repair the product at your location at no extra cost. However, if our service team determines that the damage was willfully caused by the customer, the repair costs will be borne by the customer. (Applicable in West Bengal only)
It may take upto 15 days to process the refund after a return. Please note that payment gateway/transaction charges are non-refundable. The balance amount, after deducting these charges, will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
